Bobby Brown has decided to take his daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown off of life support at midnight February 11, to coincide with the third anniversary of her mom, Whitney Houston’s death, according to the New York Post.
Whitney’s mom, Cissy Houston, reportedly suggested February 11 as the date to let Bobbi pass away and her father eventually agreed.
The move is a symbolic way to keep the mother and daughter together for eternity, according to a Brown family source.
Bobbi, 21, has been in a medically induced coma since being found face down and not breathing in her bathtub on Saturday January 31, 2015, in her Roswell, Georgia home. Her condition has not improved since then. Doctors informed the family there was nothing more they could do.
Whitney Houston died on February 11, 2012. She was found submerged in the bathroom of her room at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.
The coroner ruled her death an accidental drowning. Heart disease and cocaine were contributing factors. She was 48-years old.
US Weekly is now reporting that the decision to pull Bobbi off of life support is not accurate.
The family reached out to US Weekly to say there is “no truth to it at all” to the New York Post report.
